Instructions for Reopening Mass and Parish

• Sunday Masses will be held at the Del Rosa Site Patio and Valencia Site Patio
• ONLY 100 people will be allowed at any time.  This number includes clergy and ministers.
• Anyone who is sick MUST NOT come to Mass
• Anyone over the age of 65 or with major health problems are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to remain at their homes and watch the available Livestreamed Masses.  For those over the age of 65 and with major health problems, Holy Communion will be distributed from 11 am to 11:45 am in the St. Anne’s school parking lot
• The curbside parking in front of St. Anne’s school will be reserved for those with Handicap Placards
• If you would like to follow the readings of the Mass, please download an app or bring your own missalette that contains the Mass readings; no missalettes or songbooks or sheets will be distributed
• All those who are permitted to attend public Mass MUST bring their own chair; the Parish will NOT provide any chairs
• There will be markers, denoting 10ft of distancing; only members of the same household may sit together in a designated area; please ensure that your children remain with you at all times
• Full choirs will be permitted, but only ONE person will be allowed to sing (Cantor); the remaining choir members can only use guitars, pianos, keyboards, drums (NO WIND OR BRASS INSTRUMENTS).  Members of the choir must be 12 feet away from the assembly and 6 feet away from one another
• While there will be music, there will be no singing allowed from the congregation until further notice
• ALL those over 2 years old, who attend Mass MUST have masks on throughout the Mass, until receiving the Eucharist.  Masks must be placed back on immediately after receiving the Eucharist; if you do not wear a mask, you will NOT be permitted to enter and must return to your vehicle
• Extraordinary Ministers will use masks and latex gloves while distributing Holy Communion
• Communion in the cup will not be distributed; Communion can only be received with hands, NOT with mouth and tongue, NO EXCEPTIONS
• Those families who have anyone over 65 or with major health conditions and who would like to receive Communion will be allowed to take Communion to their family members if they have the proper container (pyx) for the host; these will be made available for sale through the parish office
• No hand-holding during Our Father and no shaking hands, kissing, or hugging during Sign of Peace; Mass attendees MUST refrain from traditional greeting (handshaking, hugging, kissing on the cheek, pat on the back, etc.) before and after Mass
• There will be boxes strategically placed for the Sunday Collection and will be guarded by the Ministers of Hospitality; Ministers of Hospitality MUST wear a mask and latex gloves
• All who attend Public Mass are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to use the restroom before attending Mass as Bathroom access will be EXTREMELY LIMITED
• Families will leave row by row, ensuring that 6 feet of social distancing is practiced; please listen to ushers and liturgical ministers          

Live stream Mass times

• The Masses which will be Livestreamed are 9:30 am (English), 7:30 pm (Vietnamese), 7:30 am (Spanish)
• Those who prefer to stay in their vehicle in the Parking Lot can watch the Mass on their mobile device during the Livestreamed Masses

ALL Masses will be held at the Del Rosa School Site Patio and the Valencia Patio; the Mass schedule will be as followed:

• Daily Masses will commence at the regular Mass times in the Del Rosa Site Patio on July 1^st; 7 am, M-F, and 6:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursday.  All Sunday Mass regulations must be followed. 
• Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will be available at the regular times starting on July 2nd;
  • 7:30 am – 8:30 am, Monday and Friday
  • 5 pm – 6:20 pm, Tuesday and Thursday at the Del Rosa Site Patio
  • 3^rd Friday of the Month from 7:30 am – 9 pm,
  • all at the Del Rosa Site Church
• Families are strongly encouraged to take their temperature before coming to Mass
• Anyone who is sick MUST NOT come to Mass

We will reevaluate these regulations monthly in consultation with the Parish Leaders

Instrucciones para reabrir la misa y la  parroquia

• Las misas dominicales se llevarán a cabo en el patio del sitio Del Rosa y  en el patio del sitio Valencia.
• SOLAMENTE se permita 100 personas en cada misa.  Este número incluye los cleros y ministros de la misa. 
• Se recomienda encarecidamente a las familias que tomen su temperatura antes de venir a misa. Cualquier persona que esté enferma NO DEBE venir a misa.
• Cualquier persona mayor de 65 años o con problemas de salud importantes son fuertemente alentados permanecer en sus hogares y ver las misas transmitidas en vivo que estarán disponibles.  Para los mayores de 65 años y con grandes problemas de salud, la Santa Comunión se distribuirá de 11:00am a 11:45am en el estacionamiento de la escuela del sitio Del Rosa.
• Estacionamiento para ellos con carteles para discapacitados es reservado en la calle en frente de la escuela de Santa Ana, en la calle Del Rosa
• Si desea seguir las lecturas de la misa, descargue una aplicación que contenga las lecturas de misa o traigan su propio misal; no se distribuirán misales o libros de canciones o papeles.
•  Todos aquellos a los que se les permite asistir a la misa pública DEBEN traer su propia silla; la parroquia NO proporcionará ninguna silla, habrá marcadores, indicando 10 pies de distanciamiento; sólo los miembros de la misma familia pueden sentarse juntos en el área designada; por favor asegúrese de que sus hijos permanezcan con usted en todo momento.
•  Se permitirá coros completos, pero sólo una persona podrá cantar (Cantor); los miembros restantes del coro sólo pueden utilizar guitarras, pianos, teclados, batería (NO INSTRUMENTOS DE AIRE O METAL).  Los miembros del coro deben estar a 12 pies de distancia de la asamblea y a 6 pies de distancia unos de otros
• Habrá música, pero no está permitido cantar hasta nuevo aviso.
• TODOS que tienen más de 2 años de edad, que asisten a la misa DEBEN tener máscaras durante toda la misa, hasta recibir la Eucaristía.  Las máscaras deben ser colocadas de nuevo inmediatamente después de recibir la Eucaristía; si no usa una máscara, NO se le permitirá entrar y debe regresar al vehículo.
• Ministros Extraordinarios utilizarán máscaras y guantes de látex para distribuir la Santa Comunión.
• La copa no se distribuirá; La comunión sólo se puede recibir con las manos, NO con la boca y lengua, SIN EXCEPCIONES.
• Aquellas familias que tengan a alguien mayor de 65 años o con condiciones serias  de salud y que deseen recibir la Comunión podrán llevar la Comunión a sus familiares si tienen el recipiente adecuado (pyx) para la hostia; estos se pondrán a la venta a través de la oficina parroquial
• No se permite tomarse de las manos durante El Padre Nuestro, ni tampoco estrechar las manos, besarse o abrazarse durante el signo de Paz; Los asistentes a la misa DEBEN abstenerse del saludo tradicional (estrechar las manos, abrazos, besos en la mejilla, palmadita en la espalda, etc.) antes y después de la misa.
•  Habrá cajas estratégicamente colocadas para la colecta dominical y serán custodiadas por los Ministros de Hospitalidad; Los Ministros de Hospitalidad DEBEN usar una máscara y guantes de látex.
• Todos los que asisten a la misa pública se les SUGIERE FUERTEMENTE usar el baño antes de asistir a la misa, ya que el acceso al baño será EXTREMADAMENTE LIMITADO
• Familias van a ser despedidas área por área, asegurando que 6 pies de distancia social se mantiene; por favor escuchen y siguen las instrucciones de los ministros litúrgicos y de hospitalidad

• Aquellos que prefieran permanecer en su vehículo en el estacionamiento pueden ver la misa en su dispositivo móvil durante las misas transmitidas en vivo

• Las misas diarias comenzarán en los horarios regulares de misa en el patio del Sitio Del Rosa  a partir del 1 de julio; 7am, Lunes a Viernes y 6:30pm, Martes y Jueves.  Todas las regulaciones de la Misa Dominical deben ser seguidas. 
• La adoración del Santísimo Sacramento estará disponible en los horarios regulares a partir del 2 de julio;
  • 7:30am a 8:30am, lunes y viernes;
  • 5pm a 6:20pm, martes y jueves en el patio del sitio Del Rosa
  • el 3er Viernes del Mes de 7:30am a 9:00pm, en la Iglesia del Sitio Del Rosa.

Vamos a reevaluar estas regulaciones mensualmente en consulta con los líderes Parroquiales.
